Each product on the Coated Australia range is made using couverture chocolate, we pride ourselves on using premium quality chocolate and refuse to cut-corners for any reason.

Milk Chocolate contains a minimum of 32% cocoa solids and 30% milk solids.

Dark Chocolate contains a minimum 54% cocoa solids and 34% milk solids.

All of our chocolates either contain gluten, or may contain gluten. This is due to the lollies within our range are made using glucose syrup from Wheat.

While we do have some products that are made from gluten free ingredients, the end product still may contain gluten due to potential cross contamination in the factory.

Our range is made in Melbourne, out of our Williamstown North facility.

We do! We currently use FedEx/TNT & StarTrack for large deliveries, please note that freight is to be covered by the customer as it's not currently built into our loose bulk pricing. This is due to shipping rates varying vastly from location to location.

Collection from our Williamstown North factory is also available.

Sorry, none of our chocolates are Halal Certified.

Many of our chocolates do not contain nuts. However, due to them being manufactured in a facility that handles peanuts and other tree nuts, each product may contain traces.

Our bulk chocolate range are packed into food grade carton liners inside of a cardboard shipper. Each shipper is then labelled with the product name and the date is was manufactured.

The best before date of each product is 12 months from the date of manufacture. This date will be clearly stated on the carton of each unit.
