VIC, NSW, ACT, SA, TAS & QLD.W.A. - We open up orders to Western Australia during the cooler months of the year.We do not offer shipping to N.T.

* Interstate customers (we are based in Melbourne) must use a flat rate $14.95 Express Shipping during the summer months to reduce the risk of their chocolates being heat-affected.

Delivery special for Inner West Melbourne:

Coated Australia has a FREE local delivery for all orders over $50 from their office in Yarraville – this special applies to:

Yarraville, Seddon, Spotswood, Newport, Williamstown and Williamstown North, Footscray and West Footscray, Kingsville and South Kingsville, Tottenham, Maidstone, Braybrook and Altona North.(3011, 3012, 3013, 3015, 3016, 3019, 3025)

A reduced flat-rate of $7.50 shipping applies to orders under $50 to the above addresses (normally $12.50)

International shipping:

We do not offer international shipping - with chocolate being a highly sensitive product to heat, we are playing it safe by restricting our shipping to limited Australian states.

Shipping during warm weather:

When packing and shipping all orders, we’ve got a constant eye on the weather, for both our local city as well as where the package will be sent. If we believe your products are at risk of being heat affected during transport, we will include a reusable ice-pack into the shipper to keep everything nice and cool, this is at no extra cost to the customer. We strongly advise selecting express shipping during the warmer months of the year. 

If you're not home during delivery:

All our orders are delivered requiring a signature on delivery, this is to ensure your chocolates are not left unattended at your front door, with the risk of being exposed to the elements or being stolen. If you wish to give authority to leave, please contact us directly after placing your order.If your order cannot be successfully delivered, they will be taken to your nearest Australia Post Office for collection.

Delivery to Local Post Office:

In cases where the courier delivers the chocolates to your local post office, we are not responsible for the duration the chocolates spend at the post office. We recommend prompt collection to maintain the quality of our products and to prevent them being returned to sender due to an unsuccessful collection.

Damaged products upon arrival:

Once our chocolates leave our warehouse, we entrust them to reliable courier services. Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for the handling of our products by the courier.

Click and collect:

We don’t offer Click and Collect as we’re not currently set up for meeting customers face-to-face at a shop front. Having a dedicated Coated store is on a bucket list, so be sure to keep an eye out in the future!

We understand that at times there are issues with shipping and we will do our absolute best to resolve any issues that you may encounter.These may include and are not limited to; delayed deliveries, mishandled/damaged goods and missing or stolen parcels.If you are to experience any of the above, please contact us and we will assist with your enquiry.
