We do! Click here to learn more about our same day shipping service.

Delivery will on average take between 1-3 business days from dispatch.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, however, this can take longer during summer.

During summer, we only dispatch from Monday to Wednesday to prevent your chocolates sitting in a depot over the weekend.

We may also delay dispatch if the weather in your region is too hot.

We are currently shipping to the following Australian states:

Cooler months: VIC, NSW, ACT, SA, TAS , QLD & WA.

Summer months: VIC, NSW, ACT, SA, TAS & QLD*

* We cannot deliver to non-metro postcodes during the warmer months of the year. With chocolate being such a sensitive product, the longer transit times increase the chance of melting to non-metro areas. These postcodes are classified by AusPost.

We only offer delivery to W.A. during the cooler months of the year.

The following postcodes are classified by AusPost as non-metro and due to transit times (over 2 business days), we cannot deliver to the following postcodes during summer.

We have two shipping rates available:

* We must use Express Shipping during the summer months to reduce the risk of their chocolates being heat-affected.

Regular $10.00

Express $15.00

Rural and Regional postcodes incur a higher shipping rate due to AusPost charges.

You can also unlock FREE Express Shipping when you spend $150 or more.

If you're a fellow Inner West Melbourne resident, we offer a discount shipping rate of $7.50 or FREE when you spend $75 or more! Discount applies to the following postcodes: 3011, 3012, 3013, 3015, 3016, 3019 & 3025.

We do!

While checking out, you can choose to collect your chocolates from our Williamstown Factory and Warehouse, at 3 Launceston Street, Williamstown North.

All our orders are delivered requiring a signature on delivery, this is to ensure your chocolates are not left unattended at your front door, with the risk of being exposed to the elements or being stolen.

If you wish to give authority to leave, please select 'Authority to leave' in the shopping cart or contact us directly after placing your order. I

f your order cannot be successfully delivered, they will be taken to your nearest Australia Post Office for collection.

In cases where the courier delivers the chocolates to your local post office, we are not responsible for the duration the chocolates spend at the post office.

We recommend prompt collection to maintain the quality of our products and to prevent them being returned to sender due to an unsuccessful collection.

Important: AusPost no longer leave customers with parcel slips

We strongly encourage you to download the 'My Post' app which allows you to track and manage all of your parcels. Click here to download.

You can track the location of your chocolates by following the tracking information sent to your nominated email address after purchasing.

Please contact us straight away, we’re sorry about any mishaps! You can email us at hello@coated.com.au along
with images of your order (this helps us identify any mistakes)

Alternatively, you can call (03) 7035 0947 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm AEST - please note that we are a small team and cannot answer every call, so please leave us a message and we
will get back to you within one business day.

We cannot exchange or refund goods due to the nature of chocolate.

We will happily refund items that are missing, damaged or that are incorrect. Your refund will be processed back to the same payment method that you completed the purchase with.

When packing and shipping all orders, we’ve got a constant eye on the weather, for both our local city as well as where the package will be sent. This is a tricky task that we're forever fine-tuning!

If we believe your products are at risk of being heat affected during transport, we will include a reusable ice-pack into the shipper to keep everything nice and cool, this is at no extra cost to the customer.

We strongly advise selecting express shipping during the warmer months of the year. There are times where we will only offer express shipping.

Given how sensitive chocolate is to heat, we simply cannot guarantee the perfect arrival of your chocolates during warm weather.

AusPost will return your parcel to sender (Coated Australia) in the event of:

- The customer enters a wrong or invalid delivery address

- The customer not collecting the chocolates within 14 days from the local post office.

Coated Australia is not responsible for either of these events. If a redelivery is required, the customer will be issued with an additional shipping charge to cover the extra freight costs.

In the event of re-sending chocolates, we will re-pack, but not replace, the same chocolates that were returned to us.
