Order by 11am (Melbourne time) on a weekday and we'll get your Coated order to your door the same day. 

Same day orders are delivered by our courier partner, Rendr.

Same day delivery is available to addresses within 20km of our Williamstown North warehouse. We measure this as the distance a courier actually drives, not a straight line on a map, so some addresses that look close may sit just outside the zone.

The easiest way to check is at checkout. Enter your delivery address and, if you're in range, Same Day Delivery will appear as a shipping option. If you don't see it, your address is outside our same day zone and our standard shipping options are still available.

Orders need to be placed by 11am Melbourne time for same day delivery. Orders placed after 11am run the risk of being processed and delivered the following business day.

Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. 

Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed and delivered on the next business day.

2. Enter your delivery address.
3. If you're in our zone, select Same Day Delivery as your shipping option.
4. Complete your payment before 11am Melbourne time.

You'll get an order confirmation email straight away, then updates from Rendr once your order is on its way.

All same day deliveries are sent with authority to leave, so please make sure the recipient, whether that's you or someone else, is available to receive the chocolates. You can follow the delivery using Rendr's live tracking link, sent to you by SMS and email.

Once the chocolates have been delivered, neither Coated Australia nor Rendr is responsible for theft or for damage caused by the weather. We strongly advise only sending chocolates to an address where you're confident they can be received safely. You can add delivery notes, like gate codes or where to leave it, at checkout.

Orders placed by 11am are delivered the same day, within the delivery window shown at checkout. 

During busy periods like Christmas, Valentine's Day and big sales, demand can cause delays, but we'll always do our best to get your treats to you on time.

Our delivery partner Rendr will keep you posted by SMS and email, including when a driver has been assigned, when your order has been picked up and when it's on the way to you. 

You'll also get a link to track your delivery in real time. Make sure your mobile number is correct at checkout so the updates reach you.

Same day is the best way to get Coated in summer. Less time in transit means less time for the heat to get involved. 

We still pack for the weather on the day, with insulation and ice packs when it's needed.

Same day delivery is a premium service and is charged at the flat rate of $25, even on orders that qualify for free metro shipping.

That's what it's designed for! Enter the recipient's name, address and mobile number at checkout so Rendr can reach them on the day, and add a gift message if you like. 

Their address needs to be within our same day zone.

Get in touch with us as soon as possible via our Contact Us page. We can make changes or cancel before your order is packed, but once it has been handed to Rendr we're unable to change or cancel it.

Act fast! If your order hasn't been picked up by Rendr yet, contact us straight away via our Contact Us page with your order number and the correct address, and we'll update it before it leaves. The new address must also be within our same day zone.

If your order is already on its way, contact Rendr directly on 1300 697 363 or at support@rendr.delivery, as they may be able to help while the driver is still on the road.
