Store chocolate in a cool, dark place and out of the way of any direct sunlight.

Ideally between 14-20°C. Avoid any strong odours.

We aim to chocolate coat our products frequently, ensuring all chocolates we send out are as fresh as possible. As some products sell faster than others, you can expect a shelf life of 6-12 months on your chocolates by the time you receive them, in some cases a little bit less.

We aim to fulfil and dispatch all orders the following business day after receiving them. If an order is placed before midday, we will do our very best to dispatch it the same day.

In the event of warm weather, we will not dispatch your order late in the week to prevent your chocolates from sitting in a hot warehouse/fulfilment centre over the weekend. We do encourage selecting Express Shipping during the warmer months.
